Dive Deep Detox is a 14 day program that combines the power of food as medicine and self-nourishment techniques for a holistic approach.
How The Program works
The 14 days will be split into 3 phases:
Phase 1: First 2 days is prep phase (Days 1-2)
Phase 2: 10 day cleanse phase (Days 3-12)
Phase 3: 2 day transition “back to life” phase (Days 13-14)
This program is a clean, organic, healthy detoxification - the focus is on REAL FOOD and premium all-natural and organic cleansing tools that rid the body of toxins.
You will eat 9 servings daily of vegetables and fruits along with legumes, beans, and some nuts.
During the 10 days of cleansing, you will eliminate all meat, dairy,
grains, sugar, alcohol, corn, processed food and artificial sweeteners.
Don’t worry... just because it’s called a cleanse doesn’t mean you’ll feel deprived! You’ll be eating three meals a day with snacks and smoothies, and we have over 100 delicious recipes at your fingertips!
You'll also have your expert coaches guide you through each and every step. You'll receive tips for successful cleansing, an easy to follow schedule guide, tons of recipes, a food diary, plus our support and commitment to your health and wellness through daily emails.
